These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of XpenseDigital, including our website and mobile application ("Xpense Manager", the "App", or the "Service"), operated by XpenseDigital. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use XpenseDigital. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. You may sign in using email/password or Google Sign-In, and you may verify your account via a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your email.

3. Use of the Service

XpenseDigital allows you to:

• Record and categorize personal expenses
• Create custom expense categories
• Set local reminders to log expenses
• View summaries and reports of your spending

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal purposes and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its underlying systems.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of the expense data you enter into XpenseDigital. We process and store this data solely to provide and improve the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

5. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time through the app or our account deletion page. Deletion requests are subject to a 30-day grace period, after which your account and data are permanently removed, as described on that page.

6. Service Availability & Updates

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. From time to time, we may require you to update the app to continue using it, in order to maintain security, compatibility, or feature parity.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

XpenseDigital is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data loss will never occur. You are encouraged to keep your own records of important financial information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XpenseDigital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
